- Quoted prices include standard white plastic accessories contractors choice.
- Alternative finishes are available at additional cost and must be agreed in advance. Making good, plastering, tiling or decoration are not included unless specifically stated.
- Works are quoted on the assumption that existing circuits and wiring are in satisfactory condition.
- If any faults, safety issues or non-compliances are identified during the works or testing, further investigation or remedial works may be required at additional cost. Any additional works will be discussed and agreed before proceeding. Any works outside of the agreed scope will be charged as additional works. Safe and clear access to the work areas must be provided.
- Delays caused by restricted access or unforeseen site conditions may incur additional charges.
- All works will be carried out in accordance with current BS 7671 requirements.
